Privacy at Moonwell

Moonwell keeps, with your account: your name and email (from Google), your date of birth, your email-updates choice, your plan and the record of your questions, and your readings (what you tell her and what she says back), so Moonwell can learn and get better. Reports you send are kept with the reading they point at.

Your journal is your own copy on your phone. It isn't backed up and is cleared when you sign out.

We don't sell your data or share your question or story with anyone. Her readings are written by AI (Anthropic's Claude), for reflection, not prediction.

You can delete your account and everything we keep at any time: Settings → Delete my account, or on the web.
